Ask EB any question about production, and he will guide you with his wealth of expertise. The guys who work here are always friendly and accommodating. I had to order business cards for my employer recently and Fastprint was amazing. We were helped by EB and he  went above and beyond the customer service of the larger print shops and even helped us clean up our graphics. Even with all this help, they had a faster turn around and the price of the order still came out a good 30% below the prices quoted from the other print shops-- many of them who base their reputation on their low prices. While I encourage the use of green printing when ever possible, fast print is a great resource for those who need inexpensive, fast, & friendly printing.
